SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders for in stock merchandise placed on the “bobcatcanadastore.com” website received by noon, are packed, and shipped out the within 2 business days. In-stock merchandise will be delivered within 1-5 business days, depending on the shipping destination. Please refer to the following for expected arrival times.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
APPAREL & PRODUCT
Bobcat branded products purchased on bobcatcanadastore.com can be exchanged for a different colour or size or returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange or refund, the customer must notify TPS Customer care by email of its intent to return or exchange the item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments, except where the product is damaged or defective.
Where a claim is made that a product is damaged or defective, TPS will: (i) arrange for the return of the product via pre-paid shipping; (ii) inspect the product; and (iii) advise the customer if the return is accepted as damaged or defective within 3 business days of receipt. If the product is deemed by TPS to be damaged or defective, TPS shall, at the customer’s option, replace the product or provide a full refund. If a customer elects to receive a replacement but the item is no longer available, a suitable alternative will be offered where possible. Where the customer prefers to be provided with a replacement, TPS will ship the replacement within 2 business days at TPS’ expense. Where the customer prefers a refund, a refund will be credited against the original form of payment within five (5) business days.
DEALER PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Any personalized and/or drop-ship items (made to order) can only be returned if defective, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect personalization if the personalization details provided were incorrect.
DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
All discontinued products that are labelled as "WHILE QUANTITIES LAST" are considered final sale and returns will not be accepted.
